From arranging the appointment with the clinic staff, to interaction with the front desk personnel and Dr. Gonzales the entire process was amazing. Dr. Gonzales did an amazing job explaining my issues, options for plan of care, to follow up after my root canal and crown placement. The whole team was just amazing, would highly recommend them!
I’ve had several bad experiences with dentists in the past where I never really felt helped, but Dr. Gonzales completely changed that for me. He was able to address my issue and get the job done efficiently and with care. After I got my x-rays done he explained what was going on and how it can be fixed. Everyone in the office is welcoming and kind, and the receptionist even followed up to check on how I was feeling after the procedure and if I had any questions, which I truly appreciated. This place was so great! I went in on Sunday morning after having tooth pain throughout the night. The entire staff was very kind from start to finish and never pushed me to do anything I did not want to do with my dental care. The doctor was very kind and explained the situation, and gave me a quote for everything I needed. Sadly, they are not in network with my insurance, but their emergency exam is very affordable for self-pay patients. If they were in network, I would absolutely go back here to have work done!
Dr. Gonzales & his staff have turned a painful experience into a massive relief for me—twice! I’ve cracked two molars over the past few years. Each of which required a root canal. Both of my procedures were performed quickly, painlessly, and professionally. I hope I never have another need for their services, but if I ever do, I’ll be back.
My experience with Emergency Dental Center and Dr. Gonzalez was great!! The entire team was very friendly and helpful!! Had to get a tooth pulled and was almost painless! Would definitely recommend Dr. González and the team at Emergency Dental Center!
