Very overpriced ($600 for bonding per tooth, which was free at my normal dentist) and they try to pressure you to get the most expensive options done. I had a trauma on my lip and they repeatedly hit the dental tools against it causing a lot of pain. They were not available to let me into the building for my appointment, and I had to call the corporate office to get ahold of them. I wanted to give it a 1, but I gave it 2 because I didn't actually get any service from them. I went in since they said they offer emergency/walk-ins from 9AM to 9PM. I get there a little after 12:00PM and the door is locked, which confused me. I knocked and a lady peeked her head out from the front desk area, then took her time to get to the door. The ladies working at this location are awesome. They helped with (well I am aware of my anxiety due to past experiences with other dentists) making me comfortable, which is definitely a plus. I can see myself going back and passing recommendations because my surgery was a successful experience. Next time I will take a picture of that pretty smile and teeth to go with my review. Also, the answer to my question was precise and accurate, and thus helped me with the decision I made.
The dentist herself was lovely, but my experience as a customer was bad and made me feel unsafe about the office’s standards of care. I had an evening appointment on a Saturday. I was not given instructions in advance (either in my confirmation email or findable on the website) on how to enter the building, which was closed off.
