I do not want to give them a 1 these other reviews told me everything i needed to know and still gave it a chance... before taking this long trip I asked information over the phone about insurance the receptionist made it know they do not except state insurance i have federal .. sure enough I come in .oh we dont take that insurance you want to gove us 150 ?! I just knew when the call box didn't work and I couldn't get in the building these reviews were indeed correct!!! FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE
Disappointing I spent three days looking for the doctor to see me and they were rescheduling my appointment again and again from 9 am they went to 4 pm and from 4 pm to the next day at 6 pm I called I talked to someone they told me that my appointment would be at 10 I arrive at the building and the office closed I call again and they tell me that I have an appointment at 6 pm when clearly they let me make an appointment for 10 am it is a lack of professionalism and waste time and money for the customers
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that other patients can make informed decisions. I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction at 10 AM and had specifically requested general anesthesia due to a history of trauma. I arranged my day around the appointment and followed the instructions I had been given.
