Had to return repeatedly since having a crown placed here in November. (No exaggerations more than 5 times) continued pain in that tooth referred for a root canal by this provider. Spent another $240 to be told that the pain is due to the crown having been placed wrong and needs removed and redone. This provider did that and placed the 2 nd permanent crown this last Thursday. Very nice staff.
Took my wife in for a tooth that is causing her pain the lady at the counter said 99$ fee that wasn't covered with wellmark blue shied insurance. Paid the fee no problem she stated it would be reimbursed by insurance later well then we was told we had to pay 400 more to get tooth taken out so I asked what the insurance was for did it not cover anything? They are very welcoming,polite, friendly, personable and very efficient!!! The paperwork quick and simple! I got an appointment next day and X-ray and extraction took maybe 30min.!!!! I would highly recommend them!!! They will be my go to from here on out!!!
If you a person of color don't go here I come back to a follow up appointment, I check in he tell me to have a seat 2 minutes later he come to me with a credit card machine for me to pay my co pay I been going to the dentist for almost 50 yrs and have never had to pay my co pay before service, 2 other people came in after me no one was asked to pay they co pay they was took to the back then she say let me get the room ready but mind you the 2 other guys are back there on rooms she finally come get me and takes me in a room t... read more
