I called this chiropractor that I found on the internet I needed some pain relief for my neck and back and no sooner did I let the phone ring I was turned away in less than 1 minute by the woman who answered just saying that I was not in a car accident they couldn't see me and could not take me as a patient and I do have three major insurance policies and one of them surely would have covered something however I was turned away because I was not in a car accident.i see they make their money on car accidents not on honest bac... read more
They charged $1095 just for two visits. We changed our doctor. They were too eager to get their money, even they know how insurance payment works. So, they put a lien on our property and never let us know about it. They were paid by our insurance within two years. Today, after one year, I can still see the lien on my property. They didn't care to send a lien release letter! Beware!!
I was involved in a serious auto accident several months ago. I went the very next day for an evaluation and to have my injuries documented. I had a dislocated rib, neck and back pain, among other injuries. From the very first appointment, Dr. Dodson took great care of me. He and his staff have excellent bedside manner and they always listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The lady at the front desk wasted literally 0 of my time, and immediately accessed that a snowboard injury was not in their niche. 10 out of 10. I get so tired of companies asking info first. Here they get to the brass tax real quick.
I am thankful to Dr. Dodson for assisting me with my recovery and adjustments after my major accident. His staff provided a great environment for my family and I. Would highly recommend
