On 8/22/25 I went into the emergency room around 9pm and only one person ahead of me. I went because I was having pain and discomfort in the lady region. I thought I had another Bartholin cyst as I’ve had these same symptoms before and had came here to get it drained. Going with a boy 2 year and 6 month with a high fever , and is al a couple days so . They tell me not busy , just bring him in . We were there before 6 pm until after 9pm I was intending going home . They let us in . This is not oke. For emergency on a two year old boy with a high fever had to wait more than 3 hours THAT IS NOT OK.One you are in more waiting, the boy didn’t eat much that day. In the end 2am we left the ER without release paper or anything.

This place has been fantastic. We're from out of town and our toddler had a bad fall and needed a check up on her mouth injury. They triaged her immediately and have been very kind and professional the whole time. And helped reassure us two anxious parents. (Our kiddo's fine; it looked worse than it really is.)
