Arrived at 9:30pm with a delicate patient with a brain shunt, pain and been waiting until 6:40am only did was labs and test, no Dr ever talk to us. The rest of the staff was no interested on help. I want to scale this. They move us to a room, no one even came to take her vitals, yet. I need help find the number to call we still sock on waiting. 7:30am waiting
absolutely horrible. i think the nurse Sara Swisher rushed my procedure and didn’t do it properly.
Terrible services they take hours for them to see you they need to do better or get new staff they don’t nun but laugh
If I could give negative -10 I definitely would Sat at the ER for 4 hours. No one really bothered to check on my daughter besides give her 2 bags of IV. Urine samples were done but no results after 4 hours. The ER practitioner nurse went to eat her lunch while I begged for two minutes of her time. This place is a Zoo don’t go there. I left this place had to wait for an hour and a half so they can take the IV port out of my daughter hand. Nightmare!!!!
