We arrived at approximately 9:15 PM due to my mother experiencing extremely high blood pressure, a low heart rate in the 60s, and significant nausea. After checking in, we paid a $250 copay and were seen briefly for initial assessments including an EKG and bloodwork. This the most inconsiderate hospital EVER!! The nurses are snobby and shows no sympathy for their patients. When I called and tried to get an update on my mom, they would put me on hold and never come back to the phone. I held on for over 30 mins, just for her nurse to hang up on me. I will never send my mom or my family back her. She sat in the ER hallways for 2 days and they didn't even feed her. I had to bring her food. I'll never send my mom back there.
Well I've been here 5 hours and still waiting .
