The best emergency room I’ve been to. Didn’t sit in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes, my nurse Patrick was amazing, had such a fun personality and so did Dr. Richardson. And the ultrasound tech that I had (didn’t get her name) she was one of the best ultrasound techs I’ve ever had!! This will definitely be the ER I will always go to when I have an emergency.

If I couid give 0 stars I would. I’ve sat in this hallways for 6 hours. I was told 2 hours ago they’d come take this IV out of my arm and give me a summary 2 hours ago. I’m still sitting here. There’s barely any patients here. They just want money. Ran 2 EKGs to get the same results. Every test was normal. If everything is normal why am I waiting hours for a “summary”. I’m still sitting here…..

The nurse had a very rude attitude 12/09, no communication, my heart rate and blood pressure was up, didn’t give me none of my meds on file just let me sit with a high heart rate in the hospital. NO communication, rude when you talk to them. Wouldn’t sign the paper my job sent me up there for to confirm my heart rate went down, just nasty attitudes!
