I live in Taylor and unless god forbid on my deathbed. I will not return to this emergency room. Brought my daughter in for we abdominal pain. Sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours. Nurse upset with me because I became inpatient. No real communication. Awaiting ultrasound take over 2 hours just for a doctor to read the results. Horrible hospital. Don’t come here.

The triage nurse with long, stringy hair displayed an unprofessional demeanor, and the facility itself was rather inhospitable. The emergency room lacked adequate bedding, requiring patients to remain in a waiting area that was excessively noisy and unpleasantly odorous. My mother had fallen forward and sustained a significant injury, resulting in a swelling similar to the size of a golf ball. Regrettably, they did not even provide her with a cold compress. The best emergency room I’ve been to. Didn’t sit in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes, my nurse Patrick was amazing, had such a fun personality and so did Dr. Richardson. And the ultrasound tech that I had (didn’t get her name) she was one of the best ultrasound techs I’ve ever had!! This will definitely be the ER I will always go to when I have an emergency.
