Absolutely horrendous experience in it's entirety. It took me ten minutes to confirm my bills were paid months before I received statements saying I owed trivial amounts of money. IF THIS IS NOT A SCAM, IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL, AND IS CERTAINLY IMMORAL. I shouldn't have to call multiple businesses to confirm that I paid them before they sent out statements saying I owed them more money. This is an example of how corrupt and evil medicine has become.
