Customer Service extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever!!
The worst company to deal with. I received a bill in the mail with date of service that was almost 2 years ago. I emailed them to ask for clarification and what it was for. I never received a response. Then I got a “final notice” that said I was being sent to collections, that they were going to sue me in small claims court and that they would be reporting me to the credit bureau. Then I called.
