I've been getting multiple bills from them, but whe I try to access my "secure portal" webpage is blamk, their webpage doesn't work and no phone number... Is this a scam??? Why am I getting a bill a year and a half later...

Just awful customer service. Refusing to adjust a bill, saying I have to reach out to my insurance because "they don't talk to insurance companies". They just needed an updated EOB because our out of pocket max & deductible had been met because they didn't bill us until 3 months after the service date. I had it to send to them and she said nope, can't come from the patient, has to come from insurance. I went to the ER. NEVER received a bill from ECS. HOWERVER, I have received SEVEAL SCAM reported calls that were apparently from ECS. The biling rep said that they TEXTED bills. YOU CAN'T TEXT BILLS AND EXPECT PAYMENT. This business seems to be a scam.

Sent me two texts with in insecure link to pay a bill I thought I had already paid for emergency services. Now the link doesn't work and it's nearly impossible to find a phone number for them, which is why I came to Google Maps. No paper bill was sent. Scammers.
