I had an Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. I was seen incredibly fast, and the medical team wasted no time getting to work evaluating me and starting treatment right away. What truly impressed me is that they figured out what was wrong with me within minutes something other doctors had not been able to do. Over all great experience. I was seen quickly and did not have to pay my co-pay because I am a teacher. However, I was told a prescription was being sent digitally to HEB and it was not. I called back to see if they could fill it because I was in pain. I was told there was no prescription in my paperwork and I would have to wait til the doctor I saw was back on shift. Meanwhile, my toe is broke and I am in pain.

First time going to a clinic as an adult, they were extremely professional and helpful. I will be going back if I ever need to get checked again. 10/10.
