I did not even see a doctor and these people charged me $600 I put in a dispute letter and then they sent my bill to collections mind you I have immaculate credit. They are unwilling to work with you and they don’t listen and I’ve requested proof and they have sent me nothing and still sent my bill to collections. They dont send bills the way they have "logged in their system as sent." Last year they sent one bill to collections after never notifying me of the last notice when my husband was trying to figure out a way to pay my bill. They only sent 3 bills out for an $800 dollar bill before i got mail from a collector. Then i got a new bill this year and its the first from this visit but they say its the third and if i do nothing theyre sending it to collections as well. I paid over $2000 for an ER visit Feb 4, 2019. Today I'm getting another bill for $272.01 from Emergency Care Consultants which is apparently 43 days past due. I dont know how it's possible to have this come up almost a year later. I talked to someone on the phone, aparently in Michigan, they were nice but offered pretty much no detail other than my bill will go to collections if I dont pay them in the next 80 days. Had no idea I had an outstanding bill until I received a letter from a debt collector.... My first one ever! What the heck! How about you start by sending a bill first!
I never received any bills from Emergency Care Consultants, until I received a letter from a debt collector. Ecc said they sent two bills, but I never received either.
