Got a collections bill from them, never had a bill sent to me from them. All my bills from my emergency stay were processed through my health care account. When I called I try to clarify there was no direct way to pay. I will not mail money to a collection agency. When I tried to pull the website up the day I received the debt letters it wouldn’t open, I had called my insurance and they could t get the site to load either. I couldn’t understand the person I talked to on the phone. Sketchy business.
Billing department keeps sending me bills and threatening legal action even though I paid the bill in full. When I called them I got a center in India and a rude man who was very badly trained and didn't help at all.
I did not even see a doctor and these people charged me $600 I put in a dispute letter and then they sent my bill to collections mind you I have immaculate credit. They are unwilling to work with you and they don’t listen and I’ve requested proof and they have sent me nothing and still sent my bill to collections. Allina altogether is just a horrible place to go, but now they have partnered with the second worst place in Minnesota!!! Customer Service is in the Philippines they hang up on you.
