Ms Isabella called my sister close to 9am today to let her know our dad's results are ready and we should come at 1pm, at the time of me writing this review(7:25pm), ms Isabella still hasn't come down to speak to any of us concerning my dad's test results. BTW we were told to leave the emergency room( 3:20pm-5:25pm) for an hour and come back to nothing, just pure waiting and excuses given as to why she hasn't come down yet. If I could give 0 or -0, I would.
