I came in for something that felt like a heart attack. I was given swift care and a thorough evaluation. Definitely felt heard by the staff. Highly recommend this Emergency room if the unfortunate situation arises.

Dr. Abbas in the ER was beyond sweet, compassionate, and smart. So rare to find a doctor like that, especially in the ER. She was attentive and quick to help get me checked out. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes maximum. The nurse Janee J. was also extremely bubbly, kind, and compassionate as well. Both of them didn’t rush my visit and I was really grateful for that. This hospital is a serious saftey violation. They have hazardous class 1 carcinogen air fresheners stuck to the walls along with every single employee wearing strong perfumes and colognes. I tried telling them I am asthmatic, I have a lung condition and I have multiple chemical sensitivity and I cannot breath. And they did not believe me. Take me seriously. I have a feeling the people who gave good reviews just don't know any better, which is sad. I'm currently waiting for my IV to get fixed bc the nurse didn't believe me that it was burning. That's CRAZY. My arm is burning still. Waiting on another while this nurse (even though they're slammed) is just sitting around gossiping. I got seen in the lobby at first. Lovely privacy violations everywhere.
