I will never send anyone or myself to the EC there again.I have lived in Madison Heights my whole life. Worked at RO Beaumont for 16 yrs. Been to this location many times over the years. When it's been so many hospitals. What they did to me at my visit was cruel and unusual treatment. Did zero , tests. No IV Diagnosing me with shingles. Sent me zero RX for pain and sent orders for me to start applying the ointment for comfort. But the ointment was capsaicin. It's said START applying 3 times an day....
