Totally ripped me off! They did a repair to our Viking range about 15 months ago and charged $780 for dual ignitors. I had to replace the ignitors again and was told the warranty has expired (1 year). I just had the ignitors replaced with OEM parts and the total was under $400. Don't use these people!!
I want to be u front an qualify my review in saying that I was never actually a customer. I called to get a labor quote for a repair in which the parts were under warranty. The quote was outrageous. Much higher than even the in-house service from the manufacturer. Make sure that you shop around a little before you just take his price. I just hired a guy to do the same work for less than half.
I usually don’t review, but my experience was so awful, I felt compelled. The technician was nice enough, but would schedule a time to come out, giving me a 3-5 hour window and then not end up showing up, or showing up an hour after the window. The owner of the company was VERY rude, not taking responsibility for anything, and avoiding phone calls so he wouldn’t have to deal with issues. The other negative reviews were spot on. Don't even bother wasting your time with this company. When having a repair done on a home it doesn't always go smoothly but this is the first negative review I have ever felt compelled to write.
The tech Jesse was very pleasant. The owner however is rude, unprofessional and his business practices are not customer friendly. Ultimately I had to take my business elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble, and use someone else
