Can I give a negative stars rating? This is the most outrageous animal care business I have ever dealt with in 40 years of animal ownership. I had my very ill cat here for two nights - they booted him out every morning and I had to take him to his primary "day vet" and then bring him back at night creating massive trauma for my cat.. But that's another story. Wonderful animal hospital. Our dog had a bone stuck in his throat and was just frantic. She was seen right away. The vet was so kind and didn't even charge us - said all he wanted was a smile. Lots of big smiles for these great people! Thank you so much

I took my cat there on a Sunday night b/c I thought she was dying due to her labored breathing and I didn't think she'd make it until Monday a.m. to see her regular vet. After being taken into the back, Dr. Rae met me in an exam room to tell me he didn't see any problem and asked to have x-rays done. After being treatment planned for the cost, they proceeded to take 2 x-rays. Dr. Rae brought me into the back (where all the animals are kept) to show them to me. I have never been treated so rudely and with so little compassion as we were by a female vet at the Emergency Animal Hospital on Frontier Trail. Two summers ago our beloved blond lab suffered a heat stroke from a very brief walk down our street. We were in shock and devastated by this and spoke with our vet immediately and did everything possible to try to cool him down to recover. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! – Sunday morning my teacup Chihuahua went into convulsions. My fiance called at work to tell me she was sick we called our vet & this was the emergency clinic they recommended. We got there and they took her & gave her a sedative to calm her down & then give us a workup of exactly how much this would be to take care of her. They would not help her. She weighed 1.9 lbs. Horable Staff and even worst Doctor's!!! – NO ONE should ever have to go through what my poor dog went through with this place EVER!!! The Dr. on duty had no love of animals and should loose their license!!!! Took my pup in for their emergency after hours care and because I was in a Corolla and not a Mercedes they must have thought I couldn?t pay a big bill and they treated me and my pup like low class scum.
