I was referred to EAHCR by my primary care veterinarian when my sick cat Bella's condition took a turn for the worse before she could diagnose what was going on. This was the best emergency vet I’ve ever been to. The staff from the front desk to the doctors were incredible. We were able to get our dog help and at a very reasonable price as well. You can tell that every single person that works there is there for the animals. The compassion, sympathy, and energy of the staff is beyond anything I’ve experienced at an emergency vet before. Thanks for helping Ruby Faye on Sunday! She is doing much better and we cannot wait until she is back to her old self!

Had to take our fur baby here after having emergency surgery since our vet does not have overnight care. Staff was rude, unfriendly and showed no compassion for our baby or family. He was not able to walk and staff was reluctant to help load him into my suv so I could take him back to our vet. I was told they were really busy. It was 7am. They made me feel like bringing him there was an inconvenience and all they seemed concerned with were the fees and payment. I ended up having a major scare with my puppy and had to bring him in. They attended to him extremely fast and delivered good news by letting me know he’d be alright. The staff were very friendly and helped remedy a very stressful situation, I’d recommend!

As a longtime cat mom to cats with chronic health issues, I’ve unfortunately found myself in pet ERs more times than I can count. The Emergency Room of Crystal Falls is, without question, the best animal hospital I have ever been to. I hadn’t gone there before simply because it’s a bit farther from me than other options, but after this experience, I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area.
