First time ever being to an emergency vet. No one should have to go through it but sometimes you gotta do what you can for your doggos or cats. Came here because it was relatively close to home and of course there will be 1 star reviews. My main worry was being ripped off and secondly pricing. I know it's 24 hours so I should expect to pay and I understand. Having read some of the negative reviews I don't know what they were trying to say.... Anyways. On Tuesday evening, our oldest pup start exhibiting strange behavior. I had initially made him an appointment at the pet urgent care clinic in Cedar Park (they were phenomenal!), but when he started passing blood, they referred us here. The first doctor we saw was Dr. Burns. She was great! She gave us a straightforward explanation of what could be going on, and was realistic with expectations. Very nice people. Clean clinic. Good experiences. My only issue is that they shaved my Pomeranian's back side to "clean him up" and it ended up causing some significant hair issues with him. If we ever need to use them again, I will be very clear on why shaving poms is a really bad idea.
