I ended up having a major scare with my puppy and had to bring him in. They attended to him extremely fast and delivered good news by letting me know he’d be alright. The staff were very friendly and helped remedy a very stressful situation, I’d recommend!

As a longtime cat mom to cats with chronic health issues, I’ve unfortunately found myself in pet ERs more times than I can count. The Emergency Room of Crystal Falls is, without question, the best animal hospital I have ever been to. I hadn’t gone there before simply because it’s a bit farther from me than other options, but after this experience, I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Brought my doggie here about a week ago and he ended up passing away. I’m a working college student and was barely able to afford all of the care costs over a week of taking him in and out of treatment. These guys covered the cost of cremation so that I could bring my baby home in a nice box and even get a paw print. I am so grateful for their kindness and love during this awful time. Thank you to the staff that helped me. I will never forget it.
