If I could give 0 starts I would!!!!! Definitely treated poorly. The veterinarian spoke to myself and my partner as if we were illiterate. He told me to put my pet on a diet, so I shook my head in agreement. He then goes on to say, you know, a diet is to change food. Then he starts saying my pet may need an X-ray, which is fine but he takes it upon himself to say, which can be expensive for you, maybe 400-800 dollars. Or you can take him to your vet. Left the place with medicine for a dog when we have a cat, no insulin, and too many unanswered questions. Edit: I was told I could get insulin from CVS or Walgreens, went to them both but neither had it and eventually had to place an order through chewys.com and am still waiting on it. The Vet said I could leave him overnight but I chose not to as the cat was already upset and as nothing was mentioned that made it seem like it would be a good choice. My nosy little beagle chased after a rat and got his nose bit. After calling our normal vet clinic they referred us here to get his wound cleaned and vitals checked. I wanted to be safe than sorry although the bite was more like a scratch. (Not as big of a deal as I thought). The staff here understood my concerns and cleaned him up and gave him a thorough check up and assured me he would be fine. They were so sweet and didn't end up charging me for the quick visit. We took our dog here after an animal hospital near us being full. It ended up being the biggest blessing. I checked in to the wrong location, but they still took us back right away. They quickly checked him over and went through treatment plans. We were in and out within an hour and with our boy feeling better. The price was reasonable for after hours care. I cannot thank the amazing team here enough for their help!!
