The best care I live in Lansing and at first I was a little worried about driving so far and leaving my puppy. But after a few calls around the area, I learned that Dr. Wolfe was the best and my puppy would be in safe hands. They were exactly right! He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us every option and the pros and cons of every one. World Class Care I wouldn't go anywhere else for the world class treatment they provided to my Sophie. She was hit by a car and fractured her pelvis in 2 spots and dislocated her tail. Dr Schwartz was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in explaining her surgical procedure for Sophie. The customer service from everyone- the receptionists, schedulers, surgical assistants, surgeons, techs, and physical therapists- were absolutely fantastic!!! I knew she was in the best of hands!! Outstanding Care We took our little kitty, Buddy, to MedVet last night when he suddenly lost the use of his back legs. We had no idea what the heck even happened. The staff at MedVet were so kind and compassionate. They took him back immediately when we arrived to try and stabilize him. The Veterinarian, Dr. Quigley (I think was his name), was so patient with us in explaining everything so we could make the best decision for Buddy. Great treatment from MedVet and Dr. Schwartz Walter the Beagle is no stranger to the vet's office and when he ruptured a disk in his neck his primary vet immediately referred us to MedVet. Dr. Schwartz saw him first thing the next day and after confirming the diagnosis scheduled him for surgery the same day. She put me at ease with a detailed and simplified explanation of what was wrong and how it would be fixed.
