Unfortunately, been here a few times. Have heard staff speak of others and in ways that were very unprofessional. They missed a simple UTI twice in less than a week which then went to my kidneys. Currently here again(5 hours, so far) and a room full of seniors subjected to Elmo on TV, bathroom doors so damn heavy we struggle to get a wheel chair in or out. Get told my checlst results would be 20-30 minutes. That was almost 3 hours ago. After 6 hours I'm heading home with adverse reactions to a new medication that bordered on... read more

Waited with my partner for almost 7 hours. The nicest person there were the ct techs. My partner was brought there by ambulance and left in one of the inaccessible wheelchairs. I came in as soon as I could and when they saw me they said, "Please help me." My partner uses a wheelchair and they needed help getting to the restroom and a nurse rolled their eyes when they asked for help. I helped them into the restroom and we waited for 7 hours after that. They had been there 3 hours prior. They should have a second waiting room ... read more

During my recent visit, I witnessed staff engaging in conversations and behavior that were highly unprofessional and disrespectful toward patients. There were also serious breaches of privacy that appeared to violate HIPAA standards. This created an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for care. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and to have their privacy protected at all times. I am currently exploring my legal options regarding these violations and expect this matter to be taken seriously by leadership.

I went there because it is the closet ER to me, I’ve noticed a lot of Privacy HIPPA being violated. The front desk agents need to bring patients to a private area to disclose HIPPA questions. I went to get seen and they’re weren’t that many people and I’ve waited about 2 hours and decided to just call my PCP. They have way more security guards there than Medical professionals. The nurse towards the end to take my Ivy out just pulled it out hard and apologized, she was frustrated because it seems like she was the one working ... read more
