After 3+ hours waiting in the ER apparently they allow for racist hate speech and if you stand against it they sit you in a corner instead of kicking out people who are dropping hard Rs.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at the Emergency Room around 10 PM and had to wait for hours. The patient was in severe pain, and eventually we couldn’t take it anymore and went to ask a nurse for help. We were shocked when they apologized and told us they had “forgotten about us.” By 3 AM, we were still there. Unless we repeatedly went to the staff and asked for help, nobody seemed to do anything or even check on the patient. I went in at 10 and left at 4. Blood work, vitals and a CT scan. Simple. The nurse who discharged me was very nice. I could tell she was busy, but her standard of care was elevated in comparison to others. As a whole it was a standard ER experience.

Came in due to uncontrollable sweating and lightheaded couldn’t stand on my own, lips had no color for hours, and I am pregnant, all they did was took blood, vitals and pressed on my stomach that was all, refused to do an ultrasound and while taking my blood the nurse stabbed me wrong and it formed a huge bump instantly she asked if it hurt as I was showing pain from it crying and she removed it and this is what I am left with! Completely bruised and swollen and yes that red mark is from the needle she stabbed me with. I wil... read more
