The worst emergency that can exist
We were there to long and got no answers! Very frustrating to just be shuffled in and out and wait for 5hrs.
I am a recovering cancer patient who frequents the ER a lot still. Last time I was at this ER, a doctor I had previously made a complaint about for discrimination found me in triage, told me their refusal to treat me, and told my partners medical history in front of bystanders around us, and did this not once, but twice during my ER visit. This place is a joke, unprofessional, and doesn’t take discrimination seriously. Had someone contact me about it from patient advocacy once, but never heard anything back. Unfortunately, been here a few times. Have heard staff speak of others and in ways that were very unprofessional. They missed a simple UTI twice in less than a week which then went to my kidneys. Currently here again(5 hours, so far) and a room full of seniors subjected to Elmo on TV, bathroom doors so damn heavy we struggle to get a wheel chair in or out. Get told my checlst results would be 20-30 minutes. That was almost 3 hours ago. After 6 hours I'm heading home with adverse reactions to a new medication that bordered on... read more
