I don’t want to rate the place… we are currently sitting in a hallway with beds against the wall. I have been watching nurse “Shelby” (I can’t see her name tag well) handling a very difficult patient with a level of care that is absolutely astounding. I can see she is someone who really cares for people. We need more Shelby’s in the world.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They helped my husband quickly and effectively. He was admitted on October 21, 2025, at 6 a.m. complaining of severe pain in his kidney area. The doctor and nurse were absolutely wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't catch your names. The medical staff responded quickly and immediately provided a translator. They provided assistance and pain relief. They identified the source of the pain and the underlying problem. I am so grateful to the entire team that worked that day. Was in a very bad car accident hit a pole I'm lucky to be alive but the hospital staff was not compassionate I still need surgery on my arm its fractured they release me with no clear directions for care until my surgery and no symptoms treatment I was really hoping I would have had the surgery before they sent me home I They were pushing me out so fast they completely forgot about the gash in my head .
