Grover was very professional and very polite. He explained the problem clearly with pics and videos and kept us updated on his progress as he worked to fix the issue. We were very satisfied with his service. We highly recommend him as an AC technician. He is a positive asset to his company.
Grover came out and made sure he kept informed about what our AC unit. He told us that it was a leak inside and outside. If I could give him 10 stars I absolutely would. Grover is definitely top of the line and very informative and knowledgeable about his position.

If I had to describe this company with one word, that word would be kind. But since I am terrible at math allow me to add the words thoughtful and extremely accommodating. There is a lovely woman in the office (I am so sorry but I can't remember her name at the moment), who reached out after texting some of my info.
