The technician was great, he was able to help me and give me immediate service and a clear explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed to get me up and running fast. Silver Spur on the other side, had a lot of flaws as a company, first they claimed that my estimate would be completely free, but failed to mention a dispatch fee for sending the guy out, and not the kind that gets included in the service fee if you go with them, then they promised to get me an estimate on parts and labor for a bigger fix, and I'm still ... read more
