It's not often you fine and good combination of great company and great tech! But here we are. This was the best experience. Garrett was so nice, respectful and efficient. My home a/c unit stopped working. I called Emergency A/C and Plumbing. This company had installed a heat pump outside my house 2 years ago. I know they do good work from previous experience. I scheduled a service call with them. Eric Lester arrived on time, checked out my system and was able to trace the cause of the problem to a broken thermostat wire. Kenneth B Is the most professional person one could ask for when receiving service. Expert, with knowledge and feel of the trade. Was able to find multiple issues with heating and cooling system promptly putting my family first and assuring we were able to get heat with a winter storm coming up. He has gone above and beyond and hope to see him on the follow up visit for repairs. It can be tough to trust people with all the crappy workers out there but I assure you with people like Kenneth, trust can be restored.
We were having issues with our electric bill being too high and we weren’t sure what was going on. Kenneth took his time going through a checklist of items it could be and figured out what the problem was. He was so polite and gave a very detailed report to what was going on with our unit. 10/10 recommend this company and more importantly, Kenneth! Thanks so much for your help!
