The PHP and IOP programs were wondeful. The disconnectiveness of digital appointments for therapy kind of sucks, but the group program changed my life
They were very helpful with my son
This saddens my heart because you're supposed to care for patients in this field especially, and the workers at the front desk do not care. They don't even listen to the psychiatrist when she asks them to make a copy of something! Never call you back even when they say they would. Purposely hang up on you because you're rightfully irate as a single mother with a child who's livelihood depends on this office. horrible servicio les importa un bledo los pacientes solo estan queriendo sacar las aseguranzas de los pacientes la dra alvarado ni checa bien, que lastimas que ni los mismos profesionistas les importe la salud mental aaaaa pero cuando ay shooting o suicidios ay estan con sus fregaderas
