I truly have absolutely nothing but glowing, beautiful, positive things to say about my time at Emerge. Emerge was just what I needed. I was recently diagnosed with OCD and had been struggling with anxiety for most of my life. When I came to emerge I was surviving. The loving atmosphere as well as supportive women that work and go to emerge all contributed to my healing. The IOP worked well with my schedule and the skills I learned (ACT, DBT, IFS etc) were taught in fun and memorable ways. I will never forget the bonds I made at emerge.
