If you’re hoping to utilize your employee assistance plan (EAP) and see one of Emerge’s Numerous therapists in your search results, don’t bother. They don’t actually take EAP, But nobody has seen it fit to contact Cigna and remove them from the list.
I loved my therapist but emerge is a NO. They TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY directly from your account without a bill, any info, phone calls, or emails! They write in REVIEWS saying they “correspond” with you but THEY DONT! They took $900 from me and when I noticed and tried to figure out why it’s so much they NEVER returned my calls or emails (despite what they say in the reviews) to run it through insurance or give me any info. Horrible customer service and business practices.
