They own Treehouse Apartments in Austin and they have withheld my deposit since May. I'm considering taking them to small claims court.
I just reviewed the reviews from the past couple of years, and its sad to say that much has not changed with these apartments except for the ***************** months rent hasnt even been paid yet and for the whole month I been without AC and hot water. I’ve been here for 9 months. Since move in day I had trouble with the AC/HEATER, water issues, ants, roaches and mice! And it was not clean at all I’ve put in work orders over and over, very few get complete. They say complete or they cancel them. I’ve currently had no hot water for almost a month now. All four apartments in my building have been out of hot water and we all have kids. We go without AC for weeks or a heater for weeks.
