I am rating this on the potential that this venue offers! I have attended one yoga class with Amethyst and it was so refreshing! This venue offers a wide range of classes to attend and I plan to attend others! You will find the owner Christina is amazing and has a welcoming and refreshing personality!
A little something for everyone. I find meditation and light stretching is good for me.
