Just got this apartment the help was amazing to move in very straight forward, and when we got in and settled in, we were given a paper to write down everything that was wrong. Nothing major just the Master Bathroom cabinet was off the hinges so Maintenance came in the nexted day and completed it, and even did 2 extra tasks I was kinda unaware about and finished within 10 mins. So far great experience and for my first home I’m very happy.
Parking is terrible when it comes to visitors I can’t have any guests over because there’s such limited parking. The other residents will often use their own cars to keep these spots for themselves too
