Now Kings View, it should be the Peasants view. This is a very poor place. They can't keep the water on. It's trashy. The elevator has been out for months. Before the elevator completely broke down people were getting stuck inside. They do not monitor outside activity. Cars are in danger of theft and vandalism. New management is a joke. There's poor lightning in public areas. It stinks in the hall and elevator and that's if the elevator works. The office is not handicapped accessible. No security. Dog feces in common areas. Used condoms in stairway. Two months without elevator use. Whole weekends during the coldest storm of winter w/ no water. This place is an absolutely disgusting joke. Steer clear

Since having new management everything’s been great ! The new management team stays on top of everything I never have a problem! The apartments is beautiful with a beautiful view and great management very peaceful and welcoming.
I visited and was going to come bk to view an apartment but the reviews detoured me. Get rid of the bedbugs for these poor folks and get new maintenance. I encourage anyone living there to contact the health department if issues aren't resolved and if not then contact the attorney general of Ohio.
