Their female tech, 'Chris', needs to get out of the Vet business if she has zero compassion for the humans trying hard to care for their animals! After leaving multiple messages for a grooming appt for my severely-matted cat, I was given a quick appointment. I own a long-haired cat given to me as a stray who runs if you go to handle her. Grooming is impossiible unless I lift her on my lap.
