Robert and Crew were just here and completed our ductless heat pump pump install w/ 3 heads. I am very pleased with the customer service, price and workmanship I received from Emerald Valley. I would highly recommend them to others.
They just completed a complicated job for me. They installed new insulation in my attic. This was necessary because after several remodels and a new heating cooling system install, the existing insulation was smashed down and no longer adequate. They wrapped my eight skylights to stop heat and cooling losses. The space was tight and they encountered several problems which they solved without getting cranky. Emerald Valley put in our ductless and we absolutely love it. They submitted all the information for us to get a tax credit and a credit with the power company to offset our cost. We also see savings every month on our electric bill!! The technician was very professional and the office extremely knowledgeable!!! Totally recommend them for whatever needs you have.
