We have been taking our dogs for wellness checks and treatment when needed with Dr. Kathy Snell for two plus years. We have found her to be compassionate, understanding, responsive to our needs and proficient in providing veterinary services to our pets. Emerald Valley Pet Medical Center is highly recommended and is deserving of the highest possible rating. My dogs second that!
ZERO compassion. \$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$\$ is first. Dying dog in arms and they refused treatment because we didnt have 1500.00 for over night care. Took our pup home and he passed away the next day. Thanks a lot Emerald. Thanks for nothing.

We had our dog there recently for 2 nights. She was very sick with a high fever when we brought her in. Dr Kathy took care of us and offered her opinion as to what was wrong. They also gave us an estimate of treatment. We hated to leave our dog there but it really helped that they called about 5 hours later with an update which was very positive. I will never go to a different vet. Dr. Ron and Dr. Kathy are the best. They have reasonable prices and their staff cant be beat. The staff always remembers you and you pet will love them.
Very kind people. Well educated staff and physicians. They dont judge and will listento your concerns. Plus the facility looks awesome.
