Very happy with Jose's work and that of his crew. Quick response and estimate followed by a timely and well organized job. We are on a busy street in Berkeley and they were careful with cars and pedestrians. They left the work space clean and I would recommend them for your next job.
Jose and his team removed a Redwood tree from our yard. I was truly impressed with everything from start to finish. Tess, who answers the phone, was very courteous and thorough. Jose showed up early to do the estimate and was very friendly. They also showed up early the day of the tree cutting, and worked swiftly and professionally to cut the entire thing down in less than four hours. I found Emerald Tree Service in April based on recommendation of another tree service company, they were booked solid and it was in the beginning of the pandemic, so they couldn't even come out for an estimate. Eric Gale came out, looked over our trees very thoughtfully, gave us a quote that looked very reasonable.
