I've visited Emerald Towers in Dec. 2025 with the intention of buying a condo. I was deterred by the poor conditions of this building. It looks dirty and poor inside and on the outside. The maintenance is a joke. It smells like mold everywhere and the hallways are dirty and unkept. I am very interested where the HOA money go, because they don't go in the maintaining this building. Because of the unhygienic conditions I did not buy a condo.
