Spring rolls make an excellent starter.

BEST THAI IN SOUTH FLORIDA – I've been eating Thai food for 22 years. The best Thai anywhere in South Florida is Emerald on State Road 84. The Sanibel Chicken is fabulous. A great value at lunch with a soup, appetizer and salad bar with entree. I've been eating there for 15 years. The food is consistently good.
