These rooms are VERY DIRTY from the dishwasher, freezer, fridge, floors, anything you can think of, roaches from big to babies, showers dirty, appliances broke and raggedy, security walks in your room unauthorized then tried to run and hurry and get away, random men standing in front of the unit drinking and leaving beer cans literally in front of the door, police always in these buildings, and at the gas station , lots of loitering throughout the nights, they expect rent to be paid by 12 NOON or they add a late fee , it’s n... read more
Hello: Thought i'd take a minute to express my frustration / concerns regarding the persistent neglect of maintenance requests at this complex. Despite numerous calls & submissions, MANY issues remain unresolved & its beginning to affect the quality of life here.
