Jim wouldn’t make eye contact with me, only spoke to my husband, and promised to drop off roofing for our shed to make up for the inconvenience—but never did. Very happy to meet Jim Oakley and have Emerald State replaced our roof. They are Certainteed certified shinglemaster, which is the type of roof in my neighborhood (required by HOA). I had a great experience with Emerald State Roofing. Jim was fantastic in helping diagnose a roof leak that was causing damage to my home. While there were some scheduling challenges, Jim was proactive and put in a patch to mitigate the issue temporarily.
