I had a great experience with Emerald State Roofing. Jim was fantastic in helping diagnose a roof leak that was causing damage to my home. While there were some scheduling challenges, Jim was proactive and put in a patch to mitigate the issue temporarily. He was very cordial and friendly throughout the entire process, making it easy to work with him. He made sure to get a crew out quickly to fix and replace the affected area. Jim was amazing to work with. Helped me diagnose my roof situation (it is damaged by the high wind near the end of 2024), quickly get the estimation out and scheduled a service to get the repair done in just a few hours. Also he shared a huge wealth of experience and knowledge about my attic and roof.
