I’ve been a resident of Emerald Springs for almost six years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The office and maintenance staff are always very helpful. Excited for all of the upgrades being made to the property.

My wife and I broke our lease 2 months early due to purchasing a home, we paid all fees asked of us to pay to break our lease and was told we were getting our security deposit back in a few weeks, 2 weeks after being out we got an email that we owed them more money due to them running a deal when we moved in, and they also kept our security deposit. The manager seemed to have no clue to what was actually going on, I verified with her before I left her office that we didn’t owe them anything else she assured me we were clear.... read more

Hi Nick, Emerald Springs does allow residents to terminate their lease early, but there are costs involved. If a resident receives a rent concession upon move in, it is conditioned upon your completion of the lease term. This information is included in your original lease and also in the early termination agreement. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
As a proud resident of 7+ years I am pleased to say I am very grateful to be able to call Emerald Springs my home. It is such a diverse community with such a beautiful landscape and layout. The maintenance staff is very on-point and the ladies in the leasing office are some of the most down-to-earth people I know. The apartments are nice and well maintained. The property is gorgeous. Office and maintenance staff are friendly have have a plethora of knowledge about the property. There is a shopping center and restaurants of all kinds near by.

Been Living in Emerald Springs A yr and Couple Months Don't plan on leaving right away Staff is very nice,Maintenance gets there calls done ASAP Neibors are also friendly Rent is so so high but it Keeps the Trouble out :) Utilities are reasonable too if u go elsewhere for cheaper rent & end up paying higher in utilities!
It is good family environment, pool, tennis courts, maintenance comes out real quick to fix any issues. Rent is high but pay for what you get.
