I used to sell these spas up to 2009- they were well made at that time- they stopped production some years ago but still supplied parts. Out of the blue yesterday they informed me they were no longer able to supply parts as they are closing permanently. I do have quite a range of spares fortunately
No one answers the phone - EVER
I have had this M870 hot tub for just 4 years and it has been a total money pit. It has already had a new blower, and pump 2 replaced. It has had multiple leaks, and issues with the lights. I was told by a very reputable service company that Emerald started using low quality asian made parts and have been having nothing but problems. I have since spoken to several service companies, and they have all strongly advised me to NOT buy an Emerald spa. I wish I would have known this ahead of time. I have been trying to call them since October 2017, leaving message after message and have not heard from them. They mailed me the wrong part for my hot tub so until i can reach them i cant use my hot tub. Very Frustrating!!! Horrible Customer Service
