UPDATE...when we moved in-in May the complex showed improvements. It's almost November and it has gone downhill. The bathroom was redone with paint which is peeling significantly and your unable to get it cleaned. We have had severe issues with the transformer to building E. Our power continues to flicker, can't use more than one outlet to a breaker without it flipping, your fans speed up and slow down during bad weather. Terrible, terrible, terrible place! Management and maintenance was always changing and not on top of things. Roach-infested, always police due to some type of disturbance, huge ant mounds everywhere and dog park not kept up (always dog poop everywhere), safety issues with junk piled up around the complex, trash overflowing the dumpsters onto the ground, and washers/dryers always broken. Some apartments also had horrible mold problems. Management will lie to you to get you to move in and trap you in a lease!
