Continually raising rent & fees while reducing amenities. Rude and disrespectful staff. Mailed my security deposit to an invalid address, after deducting bogus fees. I was once locked in the elevator for an hour and forty five minutes. They gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles. Continuous issues with fire alarm. Two years ago on July 4th it went off 4 times. First time was at 5am. I could go on but I am tired of typing.
Terrible management, poor maintenance, no parking and annual rent increases exceeding over $100, each year, are but a few reasons why I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for "luxury" living.
Just a fabulous building grounds and state of mind. A total restful retreat
Beautiful apartments and grounds will be beautiful come spring!
