Extremely poor design and build quality, plus about 50K overpriced. Up and down design is profitable for the builder, but not very workable for most. The lower level would be useless unless you had a business, or a college age student in the family. Not to mention kids screaming on the soccer/baseball fields about 8 months out of the year.
Extremely over priced. Pretty floor plans.
