I called to inquire about a home at Emerald Ridge, Ms. Dominique was very knowledgeable and she helped me get all the information I needed. It’s refreshing to speak to someone that is polite especially with my apprehension on relocating. Experiencing good customer service is definitely worth mentioning now a days when most people seem to have lost their way.
They do not care about residents. Things stay broken for months or indefinite. Terrible awful racist company. I have been discriminated against from day one! One of their maintenance men walked into my bedroom without knocking or announcing himself when I was undressed! I screamed and alerted a family member and he abruptly left, but still why!?
