I have had absolutely no problems with Emerald Realty. I've been renting from her for about a year and a half now and everything has gone great. When ever I had problems with my property things were handled almost immediately. She has been kind and treated me with respect, and has been very understanding about certain things. Sadly seeing previous reviews it makes me wonder how bad the tenant was because this seems very one sided.
