I would urge anyone considering TMS at this facility to think twice and do research. I left a treatment session in an ambulance. a truly terrifying event. I had to call and send multiple messages before hearing from anyone from their office. OSU has TMS as well, I wish I went there for treatment. I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did. For the safety of your self and your family, I would urge you to strongly consider another facility. I would leave zero stars if possible

This place is dangerous. I left their facility in an ambulance and never heard from them until I called and left multiple messages via portal and voicemail. I would recommend that Scott Yoho reevaluates his money-making operation before he gets a wrongful death suit.

This place was absolutely horrible. In the middle of a crisis their provider made a appt at 830 and never came online. They said she did but I was not online yet so she logged off and left me in a very poor state and did not care. When I did log on a sent a chat thru the app to let her know I was there and instead of calling to make sure things were ok she called a half hour into the appt to cancel because she didn't have time.
