We have been using Emerald for a number of years. Over that time they have looked after our long established hedges and lawns. At all times they listen to and carry out our requests, offering advice and always leave the yard clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Emerald.
Over 4 weeks ago I contacted this business & asked for their email address which they sent. However I have now contacted them a further SIX TIMES, once via email & the other times I spoke to them via the phone & they have NEVER responded - NOT EVEN ONCE!!!!! They obviously don’t need any business!!!!!
Completed lawn care service for weed removal and control Organised the quarterly maintenance program only to find they didn’t show up. Called several times in April when due just kept saying we are coming just busy yet no services provided after the initial. Very disappointing
Very unprofessional office team in regards to communicating with potential clients and customers over the phone. Hanging up on someone mid sentence merely because you do not know why they were transferred to you is a severe lack of Customer Service awareness, Greg. Note taken not to deal with this company in the future.
