I lived with a hole in my floor from an electrical fire that occured right before I moved in...until a few months before my lease ended. Our cabinets detached from the wall in the kitchen because they hadn't been installed properly. The house was an old historic home with lots of problems and we paid for every single one of them when we moved out, whether it was our fault or not. Be careful, they do not care about you.
