Zach is very kind and responds whenever I had issues. Service went downhill quickly once the cleaner tom left. A new kid came in and after not doing anything they claimed they were doing for a year I finally had enough. I approached the owner Zach and he turned the blame on me for only having them come every other week. I am not the professional, that’s why I hired them and don’t know what’s best for my pool. This company was sold to a new owner. Unfortunately my clothes got incredibly bleached after a few hours in the pool. My sons hair got super straw-like. That’s never happened before. Edit: owner did offer to come and remedy the problem. We had already decided to go in a different direction.
Super nice people. A little pricier than others but we like them.
Fantastic pool service. Best we’ve had. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Details all that was done each visit and very trustworthy and honest. Thanks for doing such a great job!
