I have lived here for 13yrs, I like the place.
Elevators expired in August and are in very poor condition. You no longer can receive instacart at this location due to unsafe working conditions for their drivers.
Place is trashed after Milton and Helene. Electrical room was on ground floor so our power is still off after over a week. Won’t be fixed until MARCH 2025! Black mold in walls, water logged. Don’t buy here
