My lease was for 6 months. On the fifth month, the air conditioner unit died in June - 2023. For four weeks, I had no air conditioner. At the end of June, a portable unit was put in place. I paid the remaining part of the lease. Today, I signed into my account with **** of ********************** and saw a statement that the manager applied my security deposit to the remaining month of July. My lease ended July 13. I've had no AC in ove5 5 weeks. I have no electricity in the kitchen, dining area & half of the living room. I was told my an electrician that it was wired wrong and he wouldn't touch it.Neither the landlady not the Owners will return my calls.I've been in the apartment since May 11. I was charged double the first month and owed nothing the 2nd month
