The owner doesn't care about the property. He allows the managers to run it however they want. They will tell every other tenant your business, keep cleaning deposits from you, and evict you for "late rent" a day before rent is due. There are a small group of tenants that are friends with management. This is the group that decides who is allowed to stay. Well, for one their website says smoke free which is a lie. Your things smell like you smoke because the person across the way smokes all the time. It come through the walls and vents giving you headaches while your trying to sleep. And yes they do have bedbugs, which I have never experienced.
Do not rent from this place. They cheat you out of your cleaning deposit. It has Fleas, bedbugs, and if you don't smoke they come in your apartment and smoke when they fix things if they fix things. I lived in a bottom unit and they had dogs upstairs barking, running and howling all the time I was there. Bad bad bad place to live.
