Great little community! We love the instant access to the lake. We can walk our dogs, take our bikes for a ride or run down to Winfrey Point. The convenience is amazing. Our home is well built, and at 11 months, the builder did a complete walk-through for any outstanding issues they would resolve under warranty. Nice, quiet, little neighborhood parked back behind old gate shopping center. Perfect location next to the park with views of the lake
